CIAD provides an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that enables users to:

  • Monitor and analyze competitor websites and publicly available information
  • Extract and categorize product features using artificial intelligence
  • Generate competitive battle cards and executive reports
  • Analyze customer sentiment from public review platforms
  • Schedule automated analysis runs

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Subscription and Payments

CIAD offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Content

Your Data

You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

Competitor Data

The Service collects publicly available information from websites you specify. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable laws and the terms of the source websites.

AI-Generated Content

Analysis results and reports generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

CIAD and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or brand elements without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIAD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
